Everyone starts through the online application. Upload clear photos and complete the form. We review every profile and invite selected applicants for a test shoot.

FIRST IMPRESSION · STUDIO

The audition shoot.

A first introduction inside the studio. Bring a few outfits and step in front of the camera. We’re not looking for perfection — we’re looking for presence, confidence, and potential.

PRESENCE · SECOND READ

The chemistry shoot.

The second shoot goes deeper into direction, movement, posing, and camera presence. Here we explore whether your energy translates naturally into the world of Tilai Studio.

CONNECTION ·CONTRACT

The house model contract.

If the connection feels right, you’ll be invited back for a third shoot. This is where we determine whether you’re the right fit for the House Model Club and offer you a contract. If signed, you officially become part of the club and meet the rest of our models.

What is a house model?

Tilai Studio was the first to introduce the house model concept in 2021 as a more creative and collaborative approach to modeling.

A house model is a model who works closely with Tilai Studio and becomes part of the studio’s visual identity through shoots, campaigns and creative projects.

Tilai house models can be aspiring, freelance or agency models selected to grow alongside the studio.

Being a house model is about more than modeling. It’s confidence, growth and being surrounded by ambitious like-minded people who inspire each other creatively.

Through long term collaboration with Tilai Studio, models gain experience, content, creative support and recognition while strengthening their camera presence and evolving creatively.

Being part of Tilai Studio also means becoming connected to a certain image and creative presence people recognize.

The work we create is bold, empowering and tastefully provocative.

Anyone can shock people.

We like walking the edge without losing elegance.

Tilai Studio is not a traditional modeling agency or management. We don’t take percentages or commissions from outside work or opportunities.

This is about becoming part of the vision.

At any given moment, the club holds one presidential house model — the face representing Tilai Studio. The title is given to the model we trust the most and believe represents our vision best.

The Face of Tilai Studio supports other house models, helps guide newer members and shares her experience with the club.

The title is reviewed yearly, giving every house model the opportunity to earn the position through hard work, consistency and dedication.

01Do I need experience or an agency?

No. The club is open to aspiring, freelance and agency models. If you’re already signed, you’re still welcome to apply yourself.

02Do I get paid, or do I pay?

Neither. We don’t pay for sessions and we don’t charge for them. It’s a creative collaboration built on imagery, growth and exposure.

03What should I send with my application?

A few clear photos and a short note about yourself. We review every profile personally.

04What happens after I apply?

Selected applicants are invited for a first test shoot. From there we decide together whether it’s the right fit.

05Is there an age requirement?

Yes — all house models must be 18 or older.

06What kind of shoots are involved?

Bold, empowering and tastefully provocative imagery, including swimwear and lingerie. Always tasteful, never pornographic.
